We are pleased to introduce our newest team member of GLACC, Priyamvada Kayal. As an intern at GLACC, Priyamvada is looking into the evaluation of the organization in order to know the strengths and weaknesses and to work on certain measures to improve the  GLACC’s current approach. She will also be exploring and expanding awareness about GLACC among the university groups and community of Greater Lansing area.

Priyamvada grew up in India and came to the United States in 2010 to pursue masters in Urban and Regional Planning at Michigan State University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in architecture from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology in Bhopal, India. While pursuing her masters, she is specializing in land use and transportation planning along with a focus on environmental awareness and sustainable planning. She has a special interest in working with people who are empathic towards environment and work towards its improvement. In her spare time she likes to travel, paint and interact with people of different cultures and interests.
