Nominations are now being accepted for the 2013 Tri-County Environmental Leaderships Awards (TCELA). TCELA recognizes individuals, businesses, governments, educational institutions, and non-profits in the in Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton counties that are implementing exemplary sustainability efforts.
