GLACC Welcomes New Intern!

We are pleased to introduce our newest team member of GLACC, Priyamvada Kayal. As an intern at GLACC, Priyamvada is looking into the evaluation of the organization in order to know the strengths and weaknesses and to work on certain measures to improve GLACC’s current approach. She will also be exploring and expanding awareness about GLACC among the university groups and community of Greater Lansing area.

Take Action to Ensure the Continued Success of Biodiesel!

Late last year, the EPA delayed its decsion on the renewable fuel standard (RFS) volume increase for biodiesel in 2013 for further review. The proposed increase would raise the RFS requirement from one billion gallons in 2012 to 1.28 billion gallons in 2013. Approval of the proposed RFS is vital to help the U.S. meet domestic and clean fuel goals. By sending a letter or calling today, you can put pressure on decision makers to move forward on this increase.

EV Infrastructure Planning Project Update

Since late 2011, GLACC has been working as a project implementation partner on the Plug-in Ready Michigan Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Readiness Plan.
